How do I book an appointment?

What areas do we service?

We provide services throughout Metro Perth and Regional WA and Victoria, including surrounding suburbs. Contact us for more information on specific locations to suit your needs.

What are the fees and rebates for in-home consultations?
  • Those with a Chronic Disease Care Plan, are eligible for a rebate amount of $58.30. The number of rebates is pre-determined by you and your GP prior to consults. Please check your Medicare eligibility (10954).
  • We also accept a variety of insurance plans. Discuss with your Private Health Provider for Private Health rebates for codes E800 (initial In-home) or E301 (Initial Telehealth). The amount varies depending on your cover. 
  • Those with NDIS Care plans can access dietitian services for $170 and cooking classes for $110 privately.
  • Those with a DVA card can receive in home visits without an out of pocket gap. Initial (45 minutes) and Review (30 minutes).
