AgeWell Dietetics is not liable for injuries, accidents, or technical issues during telehealth sessions.

Sessions may only be recorded with explicit consent, and all client information is stored securely in line with privacy laws.
Storage and Security

Access is restricted to authorised personnel only.
Sharing Information

Terms & Conditions – AgeWell Dietetics
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website, social media, blogs, recipes, newsletters, telehealth services, cooking classes, in-home consultations, or aged care services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Appointment & Cancellation Policy

Bookings must be made in advance.

Cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows incur a $50 fee.

Telehealth sessions require reliable internet, a private environment, and your agreement to the platform’s terms.
- Clients are responsible for providing a safe environment for in-home consultations. AgeWell Dietetics may refuse or reschedule consultations if safety cannot be ensured (see Section 10)
4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made.

Rebates may be available via Medicare, DVA, NDIS, or private health insurance where eligible.
5. Intellectual Property

All content (recipes, blogs, social media, images, resources) remains the property of AgeWell Dietetics.

No reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission.
6. Liability & Health Disclaimer

Services and resources are for general nutrition and educational purposes only.

Outcomes may vary; AgeWell Dietetics is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Telehealth, blogs, and recipes are not substitutes for personalized medical advice.

Clients are responsible for safe food handling and allergy awareness in cooking classes.
7. Social Media & Online Conduct

Interactions on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or other platforms must remain respectful.

Personalized medical advice is not provided via social media.

AgeWell Dietetics is not responsible for third-party content or links shared online.

By providing any photographs, videos, or other images to AgeWell Dietetics, you grant permission for their use on our website, social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), and marketing or educational materials.

You confirm that you have the right to provide these images and that AgeWell Dietetics is not liable for any claims, damages, or disputes arising from their use.

Images may be edited, cropped, or adapted for publication.

You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us, and we will remove images where reasonably practicable.
8. Refunds & Complaints

Refunds for classes or consultations are at AgeWell Dietetics’ discretion and must comply with relevant consumer law.

9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
10. In-Home Consultation Safety

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the premises used for in-home consultations are safe and suitable for the delivery of dietetic services. This includes clear pathways, stable surfaces, appropriate lighting, and no immediate hazards.

AgeWell Dietetics reserves the right to refuse or reschedule an in-home consultation if the premises are deemed unsafe or present a risk to staff, or if staff feel unsafe for any reason.

No liability will be accepted for incidents caused by unsafe conditions outside the professional conduct of AgeWell Dietetics staff.

Clients will be notified as soon as possible if a consultation is refused, and alternative arrangements may be offered.
