What to Expect Each Week
Each week of the program is designed to provide simple nutrition education, practical strategies, and supportive check-ins. Here's a glimpse into your weekly journey:
- Weekly Group Session (45–60 minutes): Learn about key nutrition topics like protein for strength, brain health, and heart health. Includes practical tips, Q&A, and simple take-home actions.
- Easy Weekly Goal: Choose one small, achievable goal to focus on — like adding a protein-rich snack or increasing water intake.
- Handouts & Recipes: Receive easy-to-follow education material, brochure, recipe ideas, and quick meal guides.
- Check-In or Reflection: Track progress, share wins, and get guidance from your dietitian to keep building confidence and healthy habits.
