1:1 Cooking Class

In our 90 minute cooking class, you will cook a meal of your choice using fresh foods supplied by your dietitian/nutritionist. Along the way, you’ll learn about healthy eating, gain the independence and skills of cooking and gain nutrition tips —so you will leave not just with a delicious dish, but the confidence to create nutritious meals to support your health, well-being and maintain independence.

How it works:

  • Once you have purchased your cooking class online, choose which dish you would like to cook. 
  • Your dietitian will send you a form entailing any allergies and which dish you have chosen to cook in your cooking class. 

Once your dietitian arrives at your home:

  • At the beginning of your class, you and your dietitian will discuss the dish, equipment and discuss any allergies or prescribed diets. 
  • As we cook together, your dietitian will educate you on how each ingredient supports your health and what it can do for your body, healthy food swap options, discuss budget friendly ideas and ways to best support you.
  • In the class, your dietitian will share recipe cards and education material for you to keep.

*Note: Clients will provide most equipment. The dietitian is there to support, guide and educate on how to cook nutritious foods to support your health, muscle and independence.

* Note: Gnocchi Bolognese option will be a 120 minutes class.
